Whatever size project you have; property design, front/rear or side design, patio, deck or any project in between you will be please with your results, we guarantee it!

Our Process

1-Initial meeting & site visit: This meeting will determine the scope of the project, homeowner’s wants/desires and the fee schedule. Homeowners may provide property surveys, house drawings and plot maps if needed. Site measurements and slopes will be determined. All decision making parties are present to ensure process runs smoothly. Deposit due.

2-Prepare preliminary drawing: Preliminary drawing will depict general shapes and design of  your project. Grades will be set, basic softscape layout and specifications will be met. Color renderings, section views and additional construction details can be provided for additional costs.

3-Review of preliminary drawing: Meeting at the project site, review of drawing(s), any changes will be made and transferred to final plans. Materials will be discussed and samples will be arranged for review. Percentage payment due.

4-Final plans completed: After revisions of preliminary drawing have been completed and material has been determined final plans will be produced. Exact dimensions/elevations of hardscape and specific plant material will be determined.

5-Final plans submitted: 2 sets of drawings along with plant care package (if needed) will be delivered to project site for final plan meeting. Any questions will be addressed. Final is payment due.
